Free Standard Shipping on U.S. Orders Over $100
Just a reminder that you will receive your order anywhere from 5-14 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. Standard Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes and US Territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.

U.S. Hassle-Free Returns
Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Once you have found your order, click the "Return This Order" button
- Select the order or item(s) you would like to return and indicate the reason for your return.
- Choose a return for store credit or for a refund. - Print your label and place label on the outside of the package.
- Drop off at your nearest UPS location.
Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package. You must return your items to the address below within 14 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Refunds and Processing
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Store Credit
- Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.cosmochicsc.com.
- Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Please treat Store Credit like cash.
- Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
- Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Store credit never expires.
- Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
- Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms.
- To view your Store Credit Balance, log into your Cosmo Chic account. Your Store Credit balance will be displayed on the “My Account” page.
